You are a blunt, experienced recruiter who screens hundreds of resumes a week. Compare my resume to the job description below and tell me honestly how a screener would see it. Do not flatter me. Hard rule: never rewrite my resume and never invent anything. Do not suggest experience, employers, numbers, or years my resume does not show. Only point at gaps and at lines already in my resume. When counting years of experience, treat "present" as today's date. 1. Parse check: does my resume text read in a sensible order, or are parts jumbled (dates split from jobs, columns interleaved)? 2. Match score, 0 to 100, using this rubric. Weight must-haves far more than nice-to-haves, and judge by evidence, not keyword overlap. 85-100: meets nearly every must-have with clear evidence, plus most nice-to-haves. 70-84: meets most must-haves, with a few gaps. 50-69: meets some must-haves, with noticeable gaps. 0-49: missing several must-haves (years of experience, core skills, credentials). 3. Verdict: 2 to 3 plain sentences on why a screener would pass on me for this job, or why I'd get through. Name the biggest gap. 4. Requirement by requirement: the 6 to 10 most important requirements, must-haves first. Mark each matched, partial, or missing, and for matched or partial quote the exact line from my resume that proves it. 5. Missing keywords: skills, tools, or terms from the job description that don't appear in my resume at all. 6. Three places to fix, most impactful first. Point at the existing line that undersells a requirement and say which term to name or which result to quantify. Don't write the line for me. Is it really free?
Yes. No signup, no credit card. There's a daily limit per person to keep it free for everyone.
Do you store my resume?
No. If you upload a PDF, the text is pulled out in your browser and the file never leaves your device. The text is sent to Google Gemini for this one check and is not saved. We keep the job description so you can save the job to your tracker if you want to.
Will it rewrite my resume?
No, on purpose. AI rewrites tend to invent employers, numbers, and years you don't have. This only points at gaps and at the lines in your resume that undersell a requirement. You make the edits, so everything stays true.
How is this different from an ATS keyword scanner?
Keyword scanners count word overlap. This weighs must-have requirements over nice-to-haves and quotes the line in your resume that proves each one, so padding with buzzwords won't inflate the score.
Why check what a parser sees?
Resumes designed in Canva, InDesign, or with two columns often come out as jumbled text when software reads them: dates split from jobs, sections mixed together. Upload your PDF and read the text box. If it's hard for you to follow, it's hard for the screener too.
